Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Crooked gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and personalized merchandise, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
